All orders placed through this Website are subject to acceptance by GoFish. We reserve the right to:

• • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, without prior notification, for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or suspected violation of these Terms.
• • Modify product prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement shall apply.
• • Set limits on the quantity of items that can be purchased per order or per customer.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and confirmed.

We deliver across Malta and Gozo. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. GoFish shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. For full delivery details, please see our Delivery Information page.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, in accordance with Maltese and EU consumer protection law. Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

Banned users will be prevented from creating new accounts. IP-based restrictions may be applied in cases of severe or repeated violations.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Tubertini Malta (GoFish) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
